Like many women, I spent years struggling with yo-yo dieting, battling injuries, and feeling lost in the sea of conflicting advice on the internet.
By the time I hit my 30's I realized the traditional quick fixes weren't saving me anymore. After many frustrating attempts and mistakes, I decided to take a new approach to health. One that focused on long-term wellness, strength, and self-acceptance. This journey inspired me to become a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, so I could help other women do the same.
My mission is to empower women to thrive! Guiding them through the noise of diet culture, gaining confidence in the gym, and building habits that help them transition through every stage of life.Â
